At Randy's Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
